Rihanna wore a silk long dress just days after her loud birthday party and showed she is a real lady despite the joint-looking cake and relationships with Chris Brown. She was spotted at Stella McCartney London Fashion Week bash.

The music star who was recently included to VH1's 100 greatest women in music history, wore the label's slinky gown with gold accessories which we consider a perfect match.
